Job Description

Position Summary The Sales & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and organized building experience for our customers. This position is responsible for tracking customer selections, coordinating material orders, and maintaining clear, consistent communication between customers, vendors, and our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts throughout the home building process. Pay will be negotiated based on experience. Primary Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate records of all customer selections and specifications Coordinate and place material orders in a timely manner to support project schedules Communicate regularly with customers regarding selections, timelines, and next steps Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to confirm orders, deliveries, and details Assist customers during the selections process, ensuring clarity and accuracy Coordinate and prepare documentation for pre-construction meetings Distribute detailed spec sheets and selection information to vendors and subcontractors Manage finish materials, including addressing damaged items, returns, or shortages Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation Participate in weekly production and logistics meetings Communicate updates and documentation through project management software (JobTread) Additional Responsibilities Support the sales and project management teams as needed Assist with showroom organization and maintaining current product information Participate in company events as needed (such as Parade of Homes) Working Relationships This position works closely with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members. Strong communication and professionalism are essential to ensure a positive client experience and efficient project flow. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think proactively Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn company software (JobTread) General understanding of residential construction required
