Marketing and Project Manager

Mastercraft Industries, Inc. home of Holiday Kitchens, is actively seeking an experienced Marketing and Projects Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a high-performing, experienced individual to coordinate and assist in the creation of all aspects of print production including content creation, graphic design, photo selection, and proofing, etc. Key areas of responsibility will include: Organizes, prioritizes, and manages multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Assist in making updates to the existing product catalogs with the use of Microsoft and Adobe software. Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing and training materials. Manages promotional inventory, displays, and materials. Manages all aspects of events for designated territories. Shoots photos and applies modifications as needed. Assist with updates to the company website. Any other task leadership may ask

Essential Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or 2-4 years of related experience. Requires exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; organizational and follow-up skills; and the ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks to accommodate changing needs in a fast-paced environment. Maintains impeccable attention to detail and follow through.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

General knowledge of various communication forms; including print, web, video, and social media. Proficient in the latest Adobe ,Creative Cloud Software, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. HTML coding skills are desirable. Expresses a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Develops strong working relationships with individuals within the organization. Proficient in the use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 2020 Design experience is a bonus!
