Full-time Summary:
This position is responsible the effective execution of all internal and external organizational planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for understanding contract requirements and overall project scopes of work. Responsible for coordination with Owners, architects, contractors, sub-contractors and all internal team members. Responsible for establishing work plan and staffing for each phase of project, including implementing and managing data in KeyedIn project scheduling software. Responsible for preparing weekly project reports for Senior Project Manager. Responsible for determining number of site visits required to effectively manage each project. Responsible for establishing schedule of values for each project, and managing project billings. Responsible for coordinating project kickoff meetings with estimator, department managers and other team members to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Responsible for oversight of submittal development and project closeout documentation. Responsible for reviewing subcontractor quotations and vendor pricing prior to preparing subcontracts and material purchase orders. Responsible for preparing, delivering and completing subcontractor subcontracts or purchase orders. Responsible for reviewing project contract with Senior Project Manager. Responsible for ordering equipment and raw materials that align with agreed upon schedules and payment plans. Responsible for effective documentation of any changes to contract requirements and preparing change orders and pricing proposals. Responsible for communicating all requests for information, material substitutions and all other project specific coordination with others. Responsible for supporting project staff by facilitating project logistics including on-site meetings and conference calls. Responsible for scheduling and hosting customers and A&E's for in-house factory tests and software demonstrations. Responsible for reviewing project P&L statements on a monthly basis. Responsible for coordinating project inspections by A&E's and Certificates of Occupancy. Responsible for upholding the ethics and values of the company. Responsible for performing all other duties as assigned.Job Type:
