Lead & inspire a team of drafters—coach, mentor, and grow talent Keep projects on track by managing workload, schedules, and priorities Be the go-to expert for design questions, coordination, and problem-solving Ensure top-quality deliverables that meet codes, standards, and client expectations Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and team efficiency Collaborate across teams to tackle challenges and keep projects moving

What You Bring:

Extensive experience in drafting, design, or construction documentation, with proven leadership responsibility Strong expertise in construction drawings, codes, and industry standards Demonstrated success managing teams, workflows, and multiple complex projects Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability
