Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Project Manager IV for our client in the Houston, TX area. Job duties / requirements are listed below: Role Summary Seeking experienced Project Manager to support execution of capital projects within the Midwest Region. This role is execution focused, responsible for taking approved and scoped projects and driving them through planning, construction, execution, and close out. The ideal candidate is a hands on PM who can independently manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, outages, and field activities, and deliver projects safely and efficiently with minimal oversight. This position is 100% capital charged. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead capital projects from handoff through close out
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality
  • Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects including but not limited to: Booster Pump Replacements Valve replacements o Pressure Control Valves (PCVs)
  • Take ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion
  • Develop simplified drawing packages as required (actuators, controllers, power)
  • Coordinate closely with: Regional Operations supervisors and engineers Asset Management (ACMs) Outage Coordinators
  • Mitigate risk through planning process
  • Lead and manage: MOCs Risk Reviews
  • Procure materials
  • Manage contractors and vendors
  • Ensure proper documentation and project close out Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong execution experience in: Detailed planning Field execution Close out
  • Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined scope and execute effectively
  • Experience working with: Operations teams Field construction Contractors and vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience
  • Experience in pipeline, energy, or regulated asset environments
