This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee complex self-perform construction work while serving as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to project teams. In this role, you will lead large, multifaceted projects from concept through completion—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance are achieved. You won't just manage from a distance; you'll be actively engaged on job sites, supporting teams, solving problems in real time, and helping shape how work gets delivered. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Ten or more years' experience in construction project management and related functions. Experience managing construction projects (typically $10M+), or multiple projects simultaneously Strong background in self-perform construction, with hands-on understanding of how work is put in place Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, or similar core building systems Confidence managing financials, including change orders, budgets, and contract considerations Proven ability to lead teams across multiple sites or scopes Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders A field-first mindset—you prefer being where the work is happening Ability to mentor and develop others, especially early-career project team members Nice to Have Experience working directly with craft labor and self-perform crews Background in estimating or preconstruction Experience negotiating contracts and managing commercial risk Experience supporting campus-style or multi-phase projects Familiarity with industrial or mission-critical environments Unsolicited Correspondence The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
