This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and processes, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a small office setting. The right candidate will be analytical, proactive, adaptable, and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets from scratch to track contractors, placements, settlements, revenue, and operational data Create and improve reporting systems and internal tracking tools Manage IFTA filings, mileage tracking, and fuel recordkeeping Maintain financial records and assist with tax-related documentation Support payroll processing and contractor pay tracking Maintain and organize 1099 contractor documentation Assist with operational coordination and assignment tracking Maintain organized digital filing systems for compliance and operations Provide general office and administrative support as needed Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required XLOOKUPs Pivot tables Conditional formatting Data validation Ability to build spreadsheets and tracking systems from scratch Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities Experience with payroll, tax recordkeeping, or contractor documentation preferred Transportation or logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary for full-time candidates Competitive hourly rate for part-time candidates W-2 employment Flexible consideration for full-time or part-time schedules Stable, professional office environment Work Location Wauwatosa, WI (Onsite) Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift
Experience Microsoft Excel:
