Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software, and establish clear milestones for project delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to optimize resources and costs. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, or Civil 3D to track progress, update schedules, and generate comprehensive reports. Monitor project budgets and timelines diligently while proactively addressing potential delays or issues through effective time management strategies. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control, review blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on commercial or civil projects. Demonstrated proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and schematic interpretation. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of civil 3D modeling and heavy civil or infrastructure projects. Ability to read schematics accurately while managing multiple priorities effectively through excellent time management skills. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the ability to enforce safety standards consistently. Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including engineers like , clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
