Full-time High Country Land Development is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong knowledge in residential new construction and remodeling who can confidently manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and able to lead crews and subcontractors while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must. Responsibilities Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members throughout each project Maintain quality control and job site safety Problem-solve and handle day-to-day project needs efficiently Requirements 5+ years of residential construction experience required Experience with both new construction and remodeling projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license required Benefits $70,000 annual salary Company truck provided Opportunity to grow with a growing company Supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and relevant experience through Indeed.
