Job Description
Overview We are partnering with a reputable and growing general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager with diverse commercial project experience. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with client expectations, budget, and schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading high-performing teams across a variety of project @types. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from inception to completion Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key stakeholders Direct and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures Drive project planning efforts including scheduling, logistics, and risk management Provide regular reporting on project status, financials, and progress to leadership Qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale and/or complex projects Experience across a diverse portfolio (e.g., healthcare, education, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial, or retail) Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's in It for You Competitive base salary + performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Opportunity to work on high-profile, diverse projects Clear path for career advancement within a growing organization Strong company culture focused on collaboration and long-term success If you're an accomplished Senior Project Manager looking for your next big challenge in Montana, I'd love to connect.
