Community Manager

Part-Time Property Manager We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community.

Position Details:

Starting Schedule:

2 days per week

Growth Opportunity:

Potential to increase to 4 days per week based on performance and property needs

Work Days:

Monday through Thursday No weekends or holidays required

Responsibilities Include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants Showing vacant apartments and processing rental applications Coordinating maintenance requests and following up to ensure completion Collecting rent and maintaining accurate records Conducting move-in and move-out inspections Assisting with lease renewals and resident communications Ensuring the property is maintained to company standards Handling general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous property management, leasing, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills This position is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule with the opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth.
