Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Property Manager specializing in local Huntsville, AL multifamily residential communities! Duties Assist with leasing activities, including property tours, applicant screening, and lease signing Support rent collection processes, including data entry into Rent Manager property management systems Coordinate property maintenance requests, liaising with vendors and facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Prepare and manage legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, and compliance with landlord-tenant laws Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professional etiquette; resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management skills Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, lease files, and regulatory compliance records; support audits and reporting requirements Experience Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management environments with familiarity in multifamily housing operations Hands-on experience with property management software such as Rent Manager; proficiency in data entry and office administrative tasks Strong customer service skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Background in property leasing, sales techniques, upselling strategies, and contract negotiation Familiarity with property maintenance coordination and facilities management practices Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for property management makes a difference!
