House Manager- Part Time Eighth Street Community Huntsville, AL Job Details Part-time From $13.50 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Caregiving Social work Employee relationship building Senior care Driver's License Home care Direct support Organizational skills Community relationship building Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Daily Responsibilities Develops strong, mutually respectful relationships with residents, community, and other staff members Protects the rights and dignity of all residents Attends to residents' mental health needs Monitor residents' performance and implements additional learning support when necessary Attends to residents' personal safety Leads residents on activities in and out of the home Document resident incidents and give reports to Wellness Supervisor in timely manner Teaches residents to exhibit behaviors and values deemed appropriate for a member of the community Responsibilities of Resident's Direct Care Prepares meals in accordance with established menus provided by the Chef Provides laundry services for the residents Responsible for managing, maintaining, cleaning and securing the resident home facility Ensures that residents are properly bathing and brushing their teeth Teaches residents healthy lifestyles Observe medications daily for residents Logistics Chaperones resident group outings Maintain the House Manager Office Complete House Manager checklist during shift Responsible intake of donations; in-kind receipts Assist with inventory control
