This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and optimize building systems to create a safe and productive environment. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems will be vital in maintaining high standards of facility performance. Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and testing tools such as ohmmeters. Coordinate maintenance activities for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC system repair, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and industrial machinery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Develop and manage facilities maintenance schedules, monitor performance metrics, and oversee projects related to building upgrades or system replacements. Maintain detailed documentation of schematics, maintenance logs, incident reports, and inspection records to support ongoing facility management efforts. Lead facilities management initiatives that improve operational efficiency while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting. Proficiency in managing HVAC systems—including repair, diagnostics, and system optimization—using schematics and engineering troubleshooting methods. Solid electrical experience covering high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with testing tools such as ohmmeters is essential. Ability to read technical schematics, electrical diagrams, plumbing layouts, and control system schematics confidently. Experience with CMMS platforms for work order management, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling. Excellent project management skills with a focus on safety regulations compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership qualities with supervising experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
