PROPERTY MANAGER Iris Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community of 86 units in the Little Rock area.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing day-to-day property operations Cultivating a relationship with the tenant base Leasing and resident relations Rent collections and delinquency management, including eviction management Lease enforcement and compliance Supervising maintenance staff and vendor relationships Monitoring occupancy goals and resident retention Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and affordable housing program requirements Coordinating work orders and third-party vendors Conducting periodic apartment inspections and lease agreement enforcement
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of property management experience Affordable housing experience required (LIHTC, Section 8, PBRA, HOME, or other subsidized housing programs preferred) Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and resident certification processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with property management software (Realpage OneSite preferred) Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Eager to implement and maintain protocol Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
