The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in managing and maintaining the commercial properties for clients. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants. The candidate will also be responsible for communicating with tenants and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. The candidate must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be computer savvy and able to use property management software. The candidate must be dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Primary Responsibilities:
Uphold Company Vision and Values Handle all work orders for Maintenance department based on information from tenants, technicians or based on information gathered from site visits. Includes issuing and completing all work orders and following up with tenants/vendors Send emails and/or make phone calls to tenants related to lease issues and preventive maintenance scheduling Issue keys to technicians/vendors and keeping logs of who has keys and ensuring all key are returned Organize and file all property documents in shared One Drive Code Accounts Payable Invoices and send to PM for approval Assist PM with receivables Correspond with vendors and managers to address issues that arise on the property Assist PM in obtaining bids - including but not limited to, snow removal, landscaping, janitorial service, trash removal & maintenance/repair items Assist in performing inspections and submitting monthly property reports Attend various weekly meetings Collaboration with Maintenance Team Assist with tracking and collection of tenant certificates of insurance, vendor certificates of insurance, and tenant required sales reports Handle all VISA and Home Depot reports to corporate Review leases periodically to insure adherence to specific clauses Assist with other duties as neededSage Core Values:
