Job Description

Our Property Management Team is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Leasing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing department. This position serves as the first point of contact for many of our tenants, owners, applicants, and visitors while assisting with leasing coordination, administrative tasks, and general office operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer service focused, takes initiative, and is willing to learn multiple aspects of our business to support our team's continued growth and success as one of Northwest Arkansas' top-rated Property Management companies. While this position is based within our Property Management department, it also assists with occasional front office responsibilities for our affiliated real estate office. Responsibilities/Duties This is an overview of the position and does not include all tasks and responsibilities. Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional office environment Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Accept rent payments and assist customers with general questions Process rental applications and communicate with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process Prepare lease agreements, leasing packets, and move-in documentation Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, and key check-in/check-out appointments Upload, organize, and maintain lease documents and digital files Prepare lease renewals and renewal notices Follow up with tenants regarding required documentation, insurance compliance, and utility transfers Track lease violations and assist with tenant communications Route maintenance requests and owner inquiries to the appropriate team members Assist with onboarding new property management accounts and organizing owner documentation Maintain accurate records and update internal software and company databases Assist with tenant turnover coordination and other administrative projects Provide general office support and assist with occasional real estate office calls and walk-in visitors Willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as assigned Qualifications/Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate confidently with tenants, owners, vendors, applicants, and coworkers Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable learning new software and technology Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Previous administrative, leasing, customer service, real estate, or property management experience is a plus but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Bilingual is a plus Additional Information We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Pay:
$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
