  • Full-time The Property Manager's is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of the property management portfolio.
This role ensures properties are well maintained, work orders are completed to a high standard, and rent-ready projects are executed efficiently. The Property Manager serves as the bridge between the field, residents, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring strong communication, accountability, and execution across all properties. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections to ensure homes meet company standards Manage and oversee all work orders within property management software Ensure maintenance work is completed properly Manage rent-ready projects to ensure properties are market-ready without delays Coordinate and manage vendors, holding them accountable for quality, pricing, and performance Develop bids and obtain quotes for maintenance and project work Review invoices to ensure work was completed at agreed pricing or within company standards Supervise and maintain the condition and security of vacant homes Communicate with residents regarding work orders, maintenance updates, and concerns Manage move-out inspections, pictures, and documentation Provide updates and communication to office staff as needed Maintain strong communication with vendors and ensure accountability for their work Manage people and field operations effectively to ensure smooth execution Key Requirements Work orders are progressing daily with no unnecessary delays Maintenance issues are resolved correctly the first time with minimal repeat calls Residents feel informed and satisfied with communication and resolution of issues Vendors are responsive, accountable, and consistently meeting our standards Invoices match approved bids and pricing expectations with no overbilling Rent-ready projects are completed on time and delivered in market-ready condition Vacant properties are clean, secure, and ready for leasing without delays Property inspections are completed consistently Office staff receive timely and accurate updates from the field No task assigned to you becomes stale—you always know the status of your properties Problems are identified early and solved before they escalate
Necessary Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 year's experience in Single Family Property Management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic understanding of property maintenance Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
Pay:
$65,000.00
