Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our MFH property located in Russellville & Clarksville, AR.. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of property management while ensuring resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of property maintenance, and the ability to effectively manage conflicts and day to day operations in an effective and timely manner. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for timely repairs and upkeep of the property. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and lease agreements using property management software such as OneSite. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units and amenities. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring adherence to legal regulations. Handle conflict management effectively, fostering a positive community atmosphere among residents. Perform administrative tasks related to real estate management, including filing documents and maintaining legal compliance. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders. Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and best practices. Proficient in using property management software; experience with OneSite is a plus. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in an office setting.
