Key Responsibilities Lease‑Up Execution & Property Performance Financial Oversight Leasing & Marketing Strategy Maintenance & Physical Asset Oversight Team Leadership & Development Resident Experience & Relations Qualifications Required 2-3+ years of experience managing market‑rate or multifamily communities Direct lease‑up experience required Strong leadership, organization, and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to reside in or relocate to Camp Verde prior to start Preferred Experience leading onsite teams in a lease‑up environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required Schedule This is a full‑time, onsite role. Lease‑up phases require flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to support peak traffic and operational needs.
