Property Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Az Real Estate Licensed Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential rental properties. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors. This role requires a proactive approach to managing property leasing, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain tenant records and communication. Coordinate maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely resolutions. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and address any necessary repairs or improvements. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through exceptional service. Handle conflict management effectively, addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of contracts, files, and financial transactions related to property management. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services while ensuring quality standards are met. Stay informed about local laws and regulations affecting property management. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is required. Familiarity with Promas software or similar property management systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of leasing processes, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Understanding of legal aspects related to property management and tenant rights is essential. Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously. Experience with computers required.
