General Manager Overview Pickleball Kingdom Chandler is hiring a Community Growth Manager to drive membership growth and build a strong, connected club community. This role owns lead follow-up, new member onboarding, and engagement—turning first-time visitors into long-term members. Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Membership Growth & Lead Follow-Up Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective members and new leads Follow up with all Pickleball 101 participants and club visitors Conduct membership tours and explain club offerings, programming, and membership options Build relationships with prospective members through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions Track and manage leads through CRM and follow-up systems Help improve membership conversion rates and retention Community Engagement & Member Integration Help connect new members into programming, open play, leagues, and beginner groups Organize and support new member events and social mixers Facilitate introductions between players and help foster community within the club Assist in building WhatsApp/community groups and engagement channels Support off-peak court utilization by helping organize players and matchups Event & Business Development Support Assist with outreach for corporate events, team-building opportunities, schools, teachers, and local businesses Support event inquiries, contracts, surveys, and follow-up communication Help generate referrals and community partnerships Promote upcoming events, leagues, and club initiatives Operational Support Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records within CRM systems Collaborate closely with the GM, coaching staff, and front desk team Help identify opportunities to improve the overall member journey and club experience Support retention initiatives and member satisfaction effort Ideal Candidate Highly outgoing and conversational Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive Hospitality, sales, fitness club, community management, or customer service experience preferred Passion for pickleball and/or community-building strongly preferred Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable making phone calls and maintaining consistent follow-up Compensation Salary pay plus performance incentives/commission opportunities Complimentary club membership Growth opportunities within
