Job Description:

We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic, highly organized individual who is passionate about making a genuine di?erence in the Phoenix metro area. Our mobile app directs people in need to FREE services in the area. We also provide a resume builder and videos that help people find and secure better employment. The Community Outreach Manager reports directly to the Community Development Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for creating and strengthening relationships between our organization and other like minded non profit organizations in the area. Our core belief is that our success depends on how e?ective we are at working with the well-established nonprofit organizations who serve the homeless community. The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies for:

• Growing a team of community outreach volunteers.
• Building strong and trusted relationships with community leaders.
• Cultivating a network of Resources Partners (both nonprofit and for-profit).
• Building and supporting a strong community advisory board.
• Increasing our active user base and encouraging ongoing engagement with the App.
• App Usage Data gathering and reporting on the e?

ectiveness of the App.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires an individual who has an excellent reputation and has proven themselves to be e?

ective in the following areas:

• Coordinated e?orts with other Non Profit Organizations.
• Building and training a group of volunteers.
• Establishing goals and inspiring others to achieve measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Leadership experience in nonprofit management and/or social enterprises.
• Government relations, legislative a?airs, or public policy experience.
• Volunteer-based Fundraising
