Apartment Manager - 100+

Unit Apartment Community Type:

Full-time Seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to take full operational control of a ~150-unit apartment community and short-term rental units. Candidate must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no on-boarding. Requirements 4+ years managing 100+ unit apartment community Experience taking over third-party managed property preferred Experience with property management software (Entrata, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc) Able to operate independently Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Describe a property where you had full operational responsibility as the primary manager (not assistant): location, unit count, property class (A/B/C), and your responsibilities.
