  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Ensure that all community policies and procedures are followed by staff and residents.
  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to property standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
  • Manage the leasing process, including conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Collect rent payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Enforce lease terms and handle evictions if necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry regulations. ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in property management.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as lease agreements and rent collection.
  • Proficiency in using property management software such as Rent Manager.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
  • Bilingual
  • Able to write and speak in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
