In person, multiple residential locations Job Overview Trinity Recovery Home LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and hands-on Residential Program Manager to support daily operations across multiple Behavioral Health Residential Facility locations in the West Valley. Trinity Recovery Home provides structured residential behavioral health services for adults with Serious Mental Illness, co-occurring disorders, and high-support behavioral health needs. This position is responsible for helping oversee daily residential operations, staff accountability, documentation follow-up, resident programming, compliance expectations, and quality of care across assigned homes. The Residential Program Manager works closely with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, Behavioral Health Professional, House Managers, Behavioral Health Technicians, Caregivers, and other leadership team members. The ideal candidate is a strong, reliable leader who can move between residential sites, identify gaps, support staff directly, verify that tasks are completed correctly, and help maintain a safe, structured, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents. This role requires more than creating checklists or trackers. It requires direct follow-through, staff coaching, in-person visibility, problem-solving, and accountability across multiple locations. Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Site Residential Operations Oversee and support day-to-day operations across assigned Behavioral Health Residential Facility locations. Travel between residential homes as needed to monitor operations, support staff, address concerns, and verify program expectations are being met. Ensure each home maintains a safe, clean, organized, structured, and therapeutic environment. Support implementation of daily resident schedules, group activities, life skills programming, personal care support, transportation needs, meal routines, medication follow-up, and facility expectations. Identify operational concerns at each location and follow through until issues are resolved. Ensure residents are treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and appropriate professional boundaries at all times. Staff Supervision and Accountability Provide coaching, support, and oversight to House Managers, Behavioral Health Technicians, Caregivers, and other residential staff. Assist with staff onboarding, shadowing, training, competency follow-up, and performance monitoring. Monitor staff attendance, call-offs, shift coverage, documentation completion, task completion, and daily follow-through across multiple homes. Support House Managers with staffing needs, daily expectations, resident concerns, and facility-level accountability. Provide timely feedback to staff regarding professionalism, documentation, boundaries, resident care, de-escalation, and performance concerns. Verify that assigned checklists, trackers, logs, reports, and action items are completed accurately and not simply marked complete. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, compassion, and resident-centered care. Behavioral Health Program Support Support residents with Serious Mental Illness, behavioral health needs, co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma histories, impaired judgment, medication needs, and high-support residential needs. Assist staff with implementing individualized service plan goals, behavioral interventions, daily structure, and skill-building activities under the direction of clinical leadership. Monitor resident behaviors, incidents, safety concerns, changes in functioning, and care needs. Communicate resident concerns promptly to the appropriate clinical or administrative team member. Support staff in using appropriate redirection, de-escalation, trauma-informed communication, and behavioral support techniques. Documentation and Compliance Monitor documentation across assigned locations to ensure it is completed timely, accurately, professionally, and according to agency expectations. Support audit readiness by reviewing assigned logs, staff training records, medication documentation, incident reports, resident records, facility checklists, and compliance trackers. Assist with follow-up related to ADHS, AHCCCS, payer, licensing, and internal quality management expectations. Ensure staff understand that documentation must reflect actual work completed and resident care provided. Participate in leadership meetings, quality management reviews, supervision meetings, and corrective action follow-up as assigned. Medication and Health-Related Follow-Up Support medication assistance processes by ensuring trained staff follow agency policies and documentation expectations. Monitor medication inventory concerns, missed documentation, refill needs, pharmacy coordination issues, and health-related follow-up needs. Report medication concerns, resident health changes, or safety issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor or licensed professional. Communication and Leadership Maintain professional communication with residents, staff, leadership, families, outpatient providers, case managers, and community partners as appropriate. Provide clear updates regarding staffing concerns, resident issues, compliance gaps, facility needs, and assigned action items. Model calm, respectful, trauma-informed, and solution-focused leadership. Demonstrate the ability to lead by example and provide hands-on support within the residential environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, social work, human services, healthcare administration, nursing, criminal justice, or a related field preferred. Equivalent residential behavioral health, group home, human services, or healthcare operations experience may be considered in place of a degree. Candidate must meet Trinity Recovery Home's qualification standards for assigned duties, including documented education, training, skills, and experience appropriate to the services provided and the acuity of residents served. Candidate must complete all required orientation, ongoing training, and competency verification before independently performing assigned resident-care-related duties. Work Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, residential care, group home operations, psychiatric residential care, substance use treatment, human services, or a related healthcare/residential setting required. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory, lead staff, House Manager, Program Coordinator, Program Manager, or residential operations experience strongly preferred. Experience working with adults with Serious Mental Illness, co-occurring disorders, behavioral health needs, trauma histories, impaired judgment, medication needs, or high-support residential needs strongly preferred. Must demonstrate experience with staff supervision, documentation follow-up, resident safety, de-escalation, daily programming, shift coverage, and task accountability. Experience overseeing or supporting multiple residential sites, programs, homes, or departments preferred. Experience withADHS/AHCCCS
standards, incident reporting, medication assistance processes, staff training, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness preferred. Required Skills and Abilities Strong leadership and follow-through skills. Ability to supervise staff and hold team members accountable in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to verify that tasks are completed correctly, not simply marked complete. Ability to travel between multiple residential locations during the workday as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities across more than one location. Ability to work with adults with Serious Mental Illness and behavioral health needs. Ability to remain calm during crisis situations and support staff with de-escalation. Ability to maintain professional boundaries with residents, staff, families, and providers. Ability to use electronic systems, spreadsheets, trackers, HR platforms, or electronic health records as assigned. Ability to work in person and respond to urgent residential program needs as required. Preferred Qualifications Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR/First Aid certification. Arizona Caregiver Certification. Behavioral Health Technician experience. Experience in a Behavioral Health Residential Facility or behavioral health group home. Experience supervising direct care staff. Experience with medication assistance documentation. Experience with Relias or other staff training platforms. Experience with Gusto, electronic health records, or compliance tracking systems. Experience supporting multiple residential homes or program locations.
