Hassyampa Village•40 units, 545 Penn Lane, Wickenburg, AZ 85390-1438 (3 days/week) Kachina Place•40 units, 6238 N 63rd Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301-8303 (2 days/week) About the Communities Hassyampa Village and Kachina Place are senior apartment communities with a team of property management professionals that is unmatched in the area. We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to travel between sites to ensure excellence in operations and resident satisfaction. Job Summary The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high occupancy, supervising staff, and fostering positive resident relations. This is a hands-on role requiring on-site presence and active engagement with staff and residents. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations, budgets, and policies Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/move-outs Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards Prepare and submit required compliance reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience CPM or ARM certification preferred Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office In return, National Church Residences offers an excellent total reward package that includes: Medical & Rx•3 plan options to fit your budget; choose from coverage offered through a Nationwide network for you and your family. Travel Requirement This role requires 3 days per week at Hassyampa Village and 2 days per week at Kachina Place, providing direct on-site management and hands-on oversight of both communities.
