The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property leasing, marketing, and customer service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this role, you will assist in managing lease agreements, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and guidelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow within the property management industry and contribute to a well-organized, customer-focused environment. Duties Assist in managing lease or rental agreement processes, including drafting, renewal, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support property leasing efforts through prospect communication, scheduling showings, and upselling available units to prospective tenants. Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems related to tenant records, legal documents, and property files while adhering to confidentiality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in enforcing lease agreements and lease violations while managing conflict resolution with tenants effectively. Contribute to administrative tasks such as filing, data management, and office organization to streamline daily operations. Skills Proficiency in leasing, accounting, and reporting functions. Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Prior experience in real estate administrative roles within property management companies or facilities management environments. Excellent conflict management skills combined with negotiation abilities to resolve tenant issues amicably. Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and relationship management skills. Ability to handle contracts related to leasing agreements, vendor services, and legal documentation accurately. Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, and administrative support functions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
