- Key Responsibilities As a collaborative two-person leadership team, both managers share responsibility for delivering an exceptional resident experience, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the resort.
Compensation :
$55,000- $70,000 annually This is a full-time benefit eligible position with:

- Sick Leave General Accountabilities
- Community Manager (Role 1) Lead day-to-day resort operations, ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and positive environment for residents and staff Ensure smooth day-to-day community operations and address on-site leadership challenges as they arise Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating staff Manage performance issues when needed, including behavior concerns, policy violations, and performance deficiencies Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of employee and resident interactions or incidents Provide ongoing guidance, structure, and resources to support staff effectiveness and success Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities in an efficient and composed manner Plan ahead by scheduling and organizing work activities to support operational needs Make sound, timely decisions using available information and operational insight Proactively research, develop, and complete special projects and assignments Develop practical and innovative solutions to improve daily operations and resolve challenges Maintain consistently high standards of resident service and overall satisfaction Respond quickly, professionally, and effectively to employee and resident inquiries or concerns Approach customer needs with professionalism, tact, and a solution-focused mindset Oversee financial and administrative functions including payroll support, reporting, and operational tracking Review, authorize, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner Assist in negotiating vendor services and contracts to support organizational goals Identify, evaluate, and recommend property improvements and capital projects, including scope development and bid coordination Ensure payroll and timesheet data is entered accurately and processed on schedule Evaluate local market trends and competitor activity to inform operational decisions General Accountabilities•Community Manager (Role 2) Create a vibrant, engaging resort atmosphere by planning, promoting, and participating in social events and recreational activities Build strong, positive relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging Manage leasing activity, including applications, renewals, and occupancy performance goals Evaluate lease renewals and provide recommendations based on budget considerations and market conditions Support the development and execution of the community budget, focusing on expense management and revenue optimization Identify strategies to increase revenue while controlling and reducing operational costs Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including advertising, promotions, and community visibility initiatives Track leasing performance metrics, including occupancy and closing ratios, and provide training support when needed Lead resident retention initiatives, including renewal programs and engagement efforts Plan and coordinate resident activities, events, and community programming Ensure consistent and timely collection of rent and other community income Perform regular inspections of grounds, amenities, models, and vacant units to ensure standards are maintained Review and make determinations on resident applications in alignment with established guidelines Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable landlord-tenant laws Oversee coordination of maintenance requests and ensure preventative maintenance is completed appropriately Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of service requests Support resident and community communications, including newsletters and updates Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and the surrounding community Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Ensure on-site staff complete required compliance and training programs Collaborate closely with the on-site management partner to support overall operational performance and consistency
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in on-site management, supervisory experience required. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and a high level of accountability. Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Computer knowledge and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office required Individuals must be outgoing, highly dynamic, energetic and want to be a part of an active resort community. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.Pay:
$55,000.00- $70,000.
