We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in an independent work environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you're confident speaking with customers, comfortable asking for the sale, and enjoy a role where no two days are exactly the same, we'd love to hear from you. Multiple positions available. Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix. May be required to work at more than facility. Both positions are full time. One position may come with the use of a company paid onsite apartment. What You'll Do Show and rent storage units to prospective customers Follow up with leads promptly and professionally Help customers find the right storage solutions for their needs Sell packing and moving supplies Process payments, assist with collections, and maintain accurate records Keep the office, storage units, bathrooms, and grounds clean and well maintained Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong tenant relationships Assist with administrative tasks and daily property operations What We're Looking For Previous sales experience with confidence in closing sales Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable performing light cleaning and property upkeep Basic computer skills including email, payment systems, and simple software programs Preferred Experience (Not required, but a plus) Self-storage Retail Hospitality Property management CRM or sales follow-up systems Physical Requirements This position requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining storage units and office spaces.
