Full Job Description Residential Escrow Officer Location:
Phoenix, AZ Pay:
$29 to $35/hr, based on experience We are seeking an experienced Residential Escrow Officer to support residential title and escrow closings in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with hands on escrow experience who is comfortable working with closing teams, reviewing settlement documents, assisting with title clearance, and supporting post closing needs. This is a residential escrow role with the opportunity to become a hybrid Commercial Escrow Officer over time. On the job training will be provided. Responsibilities Review HUDs and settlement documents for approval Communicate with closing coordinators throughout the closing process Assist with title clearance, including commitment and document review Assist with policy requests and review Support the Disbursements Department when needed Handle customer service calls and client follow up Work closely with closing teams to resolve issues Assist with post closing items Maintain an active Escrow Officer license through required continuing education Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 4 to 6 years of escrow experience required Residential escrow experience strongly preferred Experience with HUDs, settlement statements, title commitments, closing documents, disbursements, and post closing support Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail Comfortable working with closing teams, clients, lenders, agents, and internal departments Knowledge of client online banking systems preferred Must hold and maintain an Escrow Officer license Open to becoming a hybrid Commercial Escrow Officer over time Preferred Experience as an Escrow Officer, Senior Escrow Assistant, Closing Officer, or Title Officer Residential title and escrow company experience Existing client relationships or referral relationships are a plus, but not required
