Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in team leadership and property operations to join our Prescott Valley office. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed people , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently oversee both property performance and team execution . You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of single-family and multi-family properties while leading staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence . Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including leasing, renewals, inspections, and maintenance coordination Lead, supervise, and support property management staff to ensure high performance and accountability Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors Handle tenant concerns, escalations, and lease compliance matters professionally Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide reports to ownership Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests in coordination with vendors and internal teams Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with Arizona laws and regulations Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License (REQUIRED) Proven experience managing people or leading a team (REQUIRED) 2-5 years of property management experience (single-family or multi-family) Strong understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and property operations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (DOE) Paid Time Off (PTO) Monday-Friday schedule (work-life balance) Supportive and collaborative team environment Growth opportunities within a respected and expanding company Health insurance.
