Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in beautiful Prescott, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to residents and property owners alike. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties Market vacant units, conduct showings, and manage the tenant leasing process Screen applicants, execute lease agreements, and manage tenant relations Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor relationships Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate financial records Conduct routine property inspections and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards Communicate regularly with property owners and provide performance reporting
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field Arizona real estate license (or ability to obtain one) preferred Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or similar) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
