This energetic role involves managing owner communications, coordinating leasing and property management activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to building strong owner relationships. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Manage owner accounts using property management software such as Yardi and OneSite, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Coordinate leasing activities, including property showings, lease negotiations, and contract management in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Oversee property maintenance requests by liaising with facilities management teams and tracking work orders through CMMS systems Assist owners with understanding lease agreements, legal documents, and Section 8 housing programs while ensuring adherence to legal standards Conduct conflict management by mediating disputes between tenants and landlords with professionalism and tact Upsell additional services such as property upgrades or ancillary offerings to enhance owner satisfaction and retention Requirements Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or related fields with familiarity in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs and Section 8 housing Strong knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, CMMS systems, and other office software for efficient data entry, filing, and record management Solid understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, contracts, and legal administrative procedures Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Background in sales or upselling techniques to foster owner engagement and loyalty Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Owner Relations Coordinator where your expertise will directly impact the quality of our property services!
