Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HOA Manager, where you will lead the oversight and administration of homeowner association operations, ensuring smooth and compliant community management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate property maintenance, enforce community policies, and foster positive relationships with residents, the Board, and vendors alike. As an energetic and detail-oriented professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the value, safety, and harmony of our residential community. This role requires strong communication skills, administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of facilities management and Arizona Revised Statutes. This position is on-site and full-time in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and residents to foster a sense of community. Manage day-to-day operations of the HOA, including administrative tasks, record keeping, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with all governing documents, rules, and regulations of the association. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for common areas and facilities. Organize community meetings, events, and activities to enhance resident engagement. Address homeowner inquiries and concerns promptly while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with legal counsel on contract negotiations and compliance matters as needed. Utilize property management software such as Enumerate for efficient operations management. Experience Proven experience in customer relationship management within an HOA, real estate or property management context for 500 or more doors is required. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management tasks. Experience in facilities management is beneficial for overseeing community amenities. Knowledge of relevant laws and contracts related to homeowners' associations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and Board members. Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
