Assistant Community Manager — Multi-Site Travel Required (6-Property Portfolio)
Pay:
$45,000 - $50,000 per year (DOE) Full-Time A national real estate investment company specializing in manufactured housing communities is hiring a talented Assistant Community Manager to help oversee six communities throughout Arizona. If you enjoy leadership, problem-solving, and seeing your work directly improve resident experience, this is a high-impact role with autonomy and visibility. What You'll Do Work hand-in-hand with the Community Manager to lead all day-to-day operations across six established communities. Drive occupancy, sales, and revenue goals Ensure clean, safe, and compliant communities through daily oversight Deliver exceptional resident service and build community rapport Monitor budgets, utilities, collections & monthly financial performance Enforce policies and community standards consistently Oversee maintenance and ensure timely work order completion Walk homes to confirm quality repairs and cost-effective readiness Maintain collections rate of 3% or less What You Bring Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 3-5 years of property management experience Background in retail, hospitality or customer service strongly valued Confident with Microsoft Office and online systems Strong communication, organization and leadership skills Flexible to work some weekends as needed Comfortable traveling between both properties weekly Why This Role ✔ Competitive salary $50K ✔ Leadership over six active communities
