This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands hospitality-level service, and can drive leasing, operations, team performance, and resident satisfaction at a best-in-class property.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of the student housing community Lead leasing, renewals, occupancy, and revenue performance Supervise on-site staff including leasing, maintenance, and resident-facing team members Deliver a high-touch resident experience and promptly resolve escalated concerns Ensure the property is maintained to exceptional standards in appearance, cleanliness, and safety Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property projects and repairs Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account follow-up Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall property performance Enforce community policies and maintain compliance with company standards and applicable laws Support marketing, outreach, and campus-facing leasing initiatives

Qualifications:

Prior property management experience required Student housing management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage people, operations, and competing priorities Experience with leasing, rent collections, and resident relations Professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts Comfortable working some evenings and weekends as needed during peak leasing and turnover periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
