COMMUNITY MANAGER
This is an in-person, customer-facing role focused on community care, member experience, and daily space operations.
Schedule:
16-18 weekday hours/week between the hours of 8am-12pm.

Must have:
Hospitality and/or customer service background 5+ years professional workforce experience G Suite proficiency Aesthetic grasp of brand Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills Nice to have: Graphic Design

Canva Responsibilities:
Open the space daily; wipe down tables, phone booths, and bathrooms; do dishes and replenish supplies throughout the building Greet every coworker by name, learn their preferences, and serve espresso drinks each morning on arrival Onboard new members and conduct coworking and event space tours Assist members with software platforms and answer any questions throughout the morning Set up meeting rooms and welcome guests for room reservations Manage our Mailbox Service clients including
USPS 1583
forms, mailbox labels, and monthly mail forwarding Answer phones and input client and event data into software systems Light inventory management and ordering Maintain organization and cleanliness of all shared amenities and common areas Create community-building opportunities such as lunches, meetups, and in-space events Assist in creating monthly newsletters and internal communications Stay current on coworking industry trends and contribute ideas for improvement
Compensation:
