Key Areas of Impact Financial Strategy & Revenue Management Comprehensive Bookkeeping:
Master the daily financial operation of the community by accurately collecting and posting rent, fees, and miscellaneous payments.
Account Integrity:
Direct bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and manage resident security dispositions in strict accordance with legal requirements.
Strategic Accounts Payable:
Audit and submit vendor invoices by reconciling work performed and applying accurate General Ledger coding.
Revenue Preservation:
Champion delinquency reduction by reviewing resident files, communicating professionally regarding outstanding balances, and enforcing effective collection procedures.
Operational Leadership & Asset Management Acting Site Supervisor:
Step into the leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager by organizing and delegating daily work and coordinating maintenance "make-ready" tasks.
Data Drive Operations:
Utilize Google Workspace programs and bring familiarity with Entrata or similar property management platforms to help keep our community data organized and accurate.
Legal & Compliance Representative:
Expertly manage the eviction process, from statutory notice requirements to representing the community incur proceedings.
Owner Relations:
Support asset growth by leading community tours and providing performance updates to owners and corporate executives.
Brand Advocacy & Resident Experience Digital & Outreach Marketing:
Execute innovative sales and marketing initiatives to maintain peak occupancy levels and drive brand value.
High-Touch Resident Relations:
Promote resident satisfaction by responding to inquiries with empathy and efficiency, resolving service issues to maximize retention.
Property Excellence:
Conduct daily inspections and coordinate engaging resident events to ensure the physical appearance, operational standards, and community experience meet our excellence benchmark. .
Candidate Profile Professional Experience:
3-5 years proven track record in mult-unit apartment management; a background in sales and leasing is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
We are looking for someone comfortable navigating Google Workspace programs and who brings familiarity with Entrata or similar property management platforms to help keep our community data organized and accurate.
Leadership Attributes:
Self-paced and self driven with exceptional attention to detail and problem solving.
Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License and a reliable vehicle required.
Physical & Availability:
Ability to lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 lbs., and up to 50 lbs. with assistance. This role requires a consistent Tuesday through Saturday work schedule .
