Advantage Management is seeking an experienced Property & Leasing Manager to oversee one of Orange County's most unique residential rental communities. Unlike a traditional mobile home park where residents own their homes, our community features more than 150 company-owned rental homes , creating an exciting blend of property management, leasing, resident relations, marketing, and community operations. Competitive hourly pay Leasing and performance bonus opportunities 20% employee housing discount after 90 days (subject to approval and availability) Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Health benefits Opportunity for professional growth Supportive leadership team Stable, long-term employment What You'll Do As our Property & Leasing Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the community by: Managing daily property operations Leasing available homes and reducing vacancies Conducting property tours and following up with prospective residents Processing applications and coordinating move-ins Building positive resident relationships while consistently enforcing community standards Coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders Monitoring occupancy, collections, and community performance Working with our Marketing Manager to maintain online listings and advertising Conducting inspections and maintaining accurate documentation Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and confident Organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities Customer service focused A strong communicator A problem solver who enjoys taking ownership Passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in: Apartment management Residential property management Leasing Community management Resident relations Rent collections Fair Housing compliance Property inspections Property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) Experience managing a mobile home community is a plus but is not required . Candidates with strong apartment or residential property management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
