Property Manager for a large multifamily apartment community About Us ACP Management operates a range of vibrant apartment communities across California and Las Vegas. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team and our apartment community in Anaheim.

Assist in meeting revenue goals, occupancy management, and resident retention to ensure high occupancy. Manage all contractual and financial tenant responsibilities, revenue growth, timely rent collections, delinquencies, leasing, advertising, marketing, and overall property operational and financial performance. Lead a team of 8 or more staff members, providing guidance and support. Handle vacant readiness, and major renovation oversight and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Analyze financial reports, prepare weekly, monthly reports, and participate in the preparation of expense budget(s). Utilize Yardi software, reports, and reporting documentation. Provide top notch customer service-oriented environment while maintaining compliance with all fair housing and legislative requirements. Complete and verify weekly reports, evaluations and recommendations. Manage special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager managing residential properties of 150+ units. Direct supervision experience of a staff of 2-8 or more. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager 7 and 8 software is required. Strong knowledge and success in budgets, financial reporting, and ability to work within budget guidelines. Experience in leasing, sales, and marketing and collections to maintain high occupancy and collection levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
