The RPS will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies, leading a team of employees and vendors, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all real estate transactions Attract and educate potential tenants Address and resolve tenant complaints Update and enhance properties to maximize return on investment Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed promptly Supervise and train property staff Enforce rules and regulations for properties and associations Develop and execute strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals Oversee a team of employees across various locations Track performance metrics, offering coaching and feedback to team members Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers Manage the leasing process, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations Maintain accurate records, including data entry and reporting Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints professionally Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operational aspects

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in real estate management or a related field In-depth knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs Proven success in sales or business development Experience managing a team across multiple locations Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software like Yardi or Buildium Experience in real estate administrative or legal administrative roles is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
