Job Description

We are seeking an Apartment Manager to become a part of our team! You will help the day to day operations of the complex.
Responsibilities:
Collect rents, late fees/check charges in timely manner Submit A/P invoices to corporate office Attract and educate new tenants Complete leases and corresponding paperwork Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and complete annual reports Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields Experience with USDA-RD/HUD/Tax Credit a plus Familiarity with day to day apartment operations, including leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
