Community Manager - APARTMENTS

Seeking a Community Manager to oversee the everyday operations and success of a apartment community in Azusa, CA . The ideal candidate will be provided with a compensated apartment .

Requirements:

Previous experience managing an apartment community Strong leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Experience with financials and reporting Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with On-Site screening and document management program Weekend hours required We offer associates who regularly work 30 hours or more per week, medical, dental, life, vision, and 401(k) plans.
