Property Manager

Property Manager role responsible for overseeing three communities —totaling 130 units . The Property Manager will manage all day-to-day operations across the portfolio while working off-site (no on-site living requirement). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a hands-on, highly involved ownership group while providing excellent resident and owner communication. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all assigned communities Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and ownership Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address resident concerns Coordinate leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations Manage maintenance coordination and follow-up with vendors Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation Utilize property management software and other computer-based applications Communicate effectively with a very involved owner and provide regular updates Identify and resolve issues proactively and professionally Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of property management experience (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working with computer-based systems and applications AppFolio experience is a strong plus , but not required Ability to work independently while managing multiple properties Background & Screening Requirements Must successfully clear credit check Must clear criminal background check Must clear DMV record check
