Travel w/in LA County req'd. Tenant mgmt & lease admin; rent collection & delinquency mgmt; property maintenance coord'n; vendor & contractor oversight; financial reporting & budget mgmt; regulatory compliance; mktg of vacancies; owner relations; & risk & emergency mgmt. Req Master's degree in Business Admin (MBA) or Master's degree in Human Resource Mgmt. Fluency in Farsi req'd. $104,270/yr.
