Our Beautiful Apartment Community, located in Brea, is looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team.
Pay Scale:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Provide monthly analysis and explanation of variances. Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, as well as approve and execute all leases. Enforce the terms and conditions of the lease, including court appearances/testimony as needed. Negotiate/Manage/Facilitate service providers to ensure top quality work is performed in compliance with the contract and in a timely manner. Proactively resolve resident requests and issues Ensure the highest level of customer experience and identify areas of opportunity. Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of rent by following company policy for non-payment and provide monthly accounts receivable comments. Ensure all legal paperwork and actions are in process by working independently or with legal or accounting departments. Review and provide approval for vendor invoices; ensures all team approvals have been managed within their own established thresholds. Prepare and present business plan results to senior leadership. Prepare, review, and understand respective market area, which includes having knowledge of competitive properties, local business conditions, and any other conditions that have an impact on the operation of the properties. Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises property staff assigned to the property including but not limited to maintenance, leasing staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in multifamily industry 2+ years of experience as Community/Resident Manager Supervisory background with consistent management of all property related aspects Understanding of landlord tenant law to include Fair Housing Laws Must be flexible to work after-hours in emergency situations. California Real Estate Sales license recommended. Bachelor's degree strongly recommended. Bilingual skills a plus
