Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As a Assistant Property Manager, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$24 What's the Job? Perform administrative functions supporting the Property Management Team, including responding to tenant requests and resolving issues promptly. Provide full administrative support such as phone support, report typing, filing, and distributing correspondence. Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts, insurance information, and report generation. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor and maintain property maintenance work orders, lease and contract files, and other documentation within the office system. What's Needed? Customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to give and receive direction professionally and maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proactive approach.
