We strive to create a welcoming environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported. Position Summary The Facilities Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for clients and staff. This role includes office upkeep, supply management, basic maintenance coordination, onboarding support, and community outreach with local referral partners. ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Maintenance Collect, distribute, and manage incoming mail Maintain office supplies, coffee stations, snacks, tea, paper products, and waiting room materials Coordinate ordering of supplies and office resources as needed Manage water deliveries and maintain shared office spaces Water plants and help maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff Wash KAP sheets and support upkeep of clinical materials Clean and maintain shared office appliances and areas not covered by custodial services Support upkeep of office equipment, furniture, filters, water systems, HVAC-related maintenance, and other routine maintenance needs Assist with software updates, technology upkeep, and monitoring of office systems including security systems Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance requests, and communicate with building management as needed Maintain business materials, binders, licenses, and informational resources Support additional facilities projects and maintenance needs as they arise Team Support Coordinate key cutting and distribution for new staff Support in-office onboarding and orientation for new employees Track birthdays, anniversaries, and coordinate employee gifts or recognition efforts Assist with additional operational support as needed Community Engagement Visit local referral partners regularly to deliver flyers, informational materials, and appreciation items Help build and maintain positive relationships with community partners and referral sources Support outreach efforts designed to strengthen clinic visibility and referral networks Represent Bay Area Mental Health professionally within the local community Additional Responsibilities Participate in special projects and support evolving clinic needs as assigned Requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to drive locally as needed Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable performing light physical tasks and transporting supplies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete required documentation Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work when needed Next Steps To learn more or apply for this position, please contact Justin Oldroyd at .
