What You'll Get $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (DOE) $2,000 sign-on bonus Hybrid 2/3 schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) Work from the office closest to you: 10805 Rancho Bernardo Rd., Suite 250, San Diego, CA 92127 1921 Palomar Oaks Way, Suite 205, Carlsbad, CA 92008 Career growth with an established industry leader and strong internal support structure What You'll Do As a Community Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners Leading Board meetings , preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements Reviewing financials and budgets , providing insight and recommendations Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center Why This Role Stands Out This position offers experienced-level compensation , true hybrid flexibility , and choice of work location , backed by a company that provides the tools and support needed to succeed.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.
Required:
Direct HOA / Community Management experience Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.) Work Environment This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You'll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
